Share capital
The total share capital of Ambu A/S consists of 11.876.298 shares in denominations of DKK 10. There are 1.716.000 A shares and 10.160.298 B shares and the latter are listed on the NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen.
Each B share has one voting right and each A share has ten voting rights.
The shares are negotiable instruments without restrictions in transferability and are issued to bearer. The shares are registered on the OMX under the Securities Code DK0010303619 and the short name AMBU B.
