Ambu establishes own sales company in the NetherlandsAmbu acquires Equip Medikey B.V., its Dutch distributor of respiratory care, immobilization and training products - and establishes Ambu B.V. Ambu acquires Equip Medikey B.V., its Dutch distributor of respiratory care, immobilization and training products - and establishes Ambu B.V. Ambu and Equip Medikey B.V. have been partners for 40 years and they have established a good position for Ambu's respiratory care, training and immobilization products on the Dutch market. A majority of Equip Medikey B.V.'s sales are generated by Ambu products. The owner of Equip Medikey B.V., Mr. Floris de Raadt has contacted Ambu expressing a personal interest in becoming a full member of the Ambu organization. Consequently the parties have agreed that Ambu acquires Equip Medikey B.V as per October 2nd, 2006 aiming at a further strengthening of the sales of Ambu products in Holland. Mr. Floris de Raadt will continue as Managing Director of the company to be named Ambu B.V. We would like to welcome Floris de Raadt and his personnel to Ambu. |
