The Interview

We see the job interview as an opportunity for a rewarding and informative dialogue, which is why both parties should be well prepared for the interview.

The interview will give you an impression of the job itself, and insight into whether Ambu is the right place for you to work.

At the same time we will have an opportunity to assess your qualifications in relation to the specific position and, in a broader context, make an assessment as to whether you would fit into an organisation such as Ambu.

The number of interviews conducted depends upon the type of vacancy and the number of candidates who are considered to possess the proper qualifications for the job. As a rule, candidates will be invited to two or three interviews before being offered a position.

A personality test

If the vacancy is a managerial or specialist position, the candidates who are invited to the second interview will be asked to take a personality test, a tool that helps to make the interview more structured. You will receive feedback on the test results during the interview, and an opportunity to offer your comments and input in connection with the interview. All test results will be treated confidentially.

Overall assessment

Once all the interviews have been completed, we will make a total assessment of the remaining candidates and, based on that evaluation, pick the candidate who will be offered the job.
