If you are a newly appointed manager, you will be offered a training programme to give you the best possible start on your management career.
Developing managerial skills
The programme will develop your potential as a manager, train you in the use of concrete management tools and give you the opportunity to network across departments.
Over a period of 12 months you will be trained in these two modules:
Module 1: Management tools – Training of Communication tool and selected HR tools
Module 2: Your personal leadership – Training of Situational Leadership II and Coaching
As a participant you will gain an insight into the challenges of leadership. And your qualifications for being a successful manager will be strengthened.
