Annual board evaluation

The Board of Directors has established an annual process, whereby self-evaluation of the Board of Directors’ work and performance is assessed. At least every three years, the evaluation is conducted by an experienced external facilitator.

The self-evaluation in 2024/25 led to focus areas, which will be included in the work of the Board of Directors in 2025/26.
